DatryDev projects
Dev plan payments are non-refundable because the private development server, database and build resources are provisioned as soon as payment completes, except where a mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Live and Pro projects
You may request a refund within seven calendar days of the initial Live or Pro payment. Renewal charges and usage credits are non-refundable once the new billing period or metered usage has begun, except for duplicate or erroneous charges and rights required by law.
How to request one
Email hello@datry.io from the account email with the project name and payment date. Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary.
Cancellation
Canceling stops future renewals but does not itself refund a completed charge. Download source code and database backups before deleting a project or closing the account.
