DatryYour account and projects
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your email and connected tools. You own the code, content and data you put into a project. You grant Datry the limited permission needed to store, process, back up and deliver it as part of the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Datry to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, send spam, evade plan limits, attack systems, or host content that creates a material security or operational risk. We may limit or suspend abusive traffic and compromised projects to protect customers and the platform.
Plans, usage and billing
Plans are charged per project. Included limits and any enabled additional usage are shown in the product. When additional usage is on, charges are deducted from prepaid credits; when it is off or credits are insufficient, the affected operation may be blocked. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes and merchant records are handled through Polar where applicable.
Backups and responsibility
Datry provides the backup and restore features described in your plan, but you should download copies needed for your own compliance. A database restored from an older schema may not work with current application code; you are responsible for checking application compatibility after a restore. You are also responsible for the behavior, security and legality of code and content generated by your LLM or supplied by you.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but previews, third-party providers and infrastructure can fail. The service is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. Datry is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss. Datry's aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected project during the three months before the event, except where law does not allow that limit.
Termination and contact
You can cancel projects or close your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate serious violations, nonpayment or activity that threatens the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination remain effective. Questions can be sent to hello@datry.io.
